安装6K出现Internal Server Error提示，请帮忙，急！

把6KZZ解压缩，复制到WWW目录下。
然后浏览器输入localhost/6kzz
出现以上提示，无法进行安装。请问是怎么回事。

localhost下面还有其他文件夹，里面的程序都可以正常运行。
